DENTIST

Originally from Northern California, Dr. Marella Tagatac is a General Dentist focusing on treating pediatric patients. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development at University of California San Diego and then went on to complete her dental degree at University of California San Francisco.

During her time at UCSF School of Dentistry Dr. Tagatac became interested in providing services to the members of the San Francisco community and became involved with Community Dental Clinic as a patient coordinator and a dental provider. Dr. Tagatac also became involved in providing dental services internationally by joining mission trips to Guatemala and Honduras where her passion for treating children began.

Since graduating dental school, Dr. Tagatac continued her work treating pediatric patients because she feels this stage of life is integral in a child’s development. She firmly believes oral health plays a major role in creating healthy smiles and thus, happy children.

Dr. Tagatac is grateful she is able to create long lasting relationships with her patients and help build their confidence through their smile.
